SOHO FACTORY - PAVILION 23

An old, one-storey warehouse was transformed into a pavilion providing public toilets and storage space for adjacent buildings.

Despite its hermetic use, the building is open and transparent thanks to the use of two skins: inner – closed and outer – open. A corridor is located between the two. Perforated bricks painted green form the inner wall. The outer wall is made out of wood slabs. It serves both as a screen and a handrail and opens locally.
