In the fall of 2013, Perła Brewery asked for a detailed study on the possible directions of changes within the historic site of Vetter breweries. First works started in 2014.

Previously a convent, the complex was converted in the 19th century into a brewery. Currently it is in the process of being reinvented as a public space full of life.

The main goal of proposed revitalization projects is to open the site to the city and the locals. The projects introduce a variety of functions – restaurants, offices, recreational areas and multifunctional spaces, where cultural events can be held.

In the first stage the recreational grounds were opened for outdoor events. The basements of the historic Perła breweries, where beer production once took place, were remodeled to house a display.

The second stage included building a bar for the outdoor cinema events and the design of Perłowa Beerhouse.

Other planned activities include joining two existing atriums and their renovation as well as adaptation projects of an old church and a brewhouse.
